Shoots, dispatched.
Payouts, on schedule.
No bidding, no DMs, no chasing brokerages for invoices. Auto-dispatch sends the right jobs to your phone. You shoot, upload, and get paid — Tier A specialists earn 55% of job revenue. Stripe Connect deposits on a fixed schedule.
Three tiers.
One transparent split.
Every photographer joins at Tier C. As your delivered-quality score and job count compound, you move up — and your revenue share moves with you. The tier-gate is hard: Tier C photographers get routed Standard bookings. Tier A specialists unlock Luxury and Estate.
Tier C
Standard listings only. Auto-dispatch routes Standard bookings within your service area when you're available. Build your delivered-quality score.
- Standard credit jobs only
- Weekly payouts via Stripe Connect
- Move up to Tier B after 25 delivered + 4.6 score
- Reshoot if QA fails — no charge to you
Tier B
Standard + Premium routing. Higher-value bookings, including extended video and social packs. Weekly payouts plus access to weekend rush queue.
- Standard + Premium routing
- Weekly payouts via Stripe Connect
- Move up to Tier A after 75 delivered + 4.8 score
- Optional rush + twilight slots
Tier A
Full routing including Luxury and Estate listings. Twilight, premium edits, 12h rush. Named contact with Bricks ops.
- Full routing across Standard, Premium, Luxury, and Estate
- Weekly payouts via Stripe Connect Express
- Named Bricks ops contact
- First refusal on Enterprise / REIT bookings in your area
Independent.
By design.
Bricks follows the Snappr / Homejab IC model. You are an independent contractor under Ontario law — not an employee. The agreement is short, plain, and disclosed before your first shoot.
Your rights
Fifteen clauses. One core guarantee: you are always in control.
- Right to decline any routed job — no penalty for blackouts or weather
- No exclusivity — keep your existing clients and other platforms
- No non-compete — the agreement ends when you want it to
- Right to engage other shooters (e.g. you sub a second camera)
- IC agreement v1.1 stored in the Dispatch app, versioned and timestamped
Your responsibilities
Same as any self-employed photographer in Ontario.
- Your own gear insurance — Bricks doesn't gate dispatch on a certificate
- HST registration once your annual revenue crosses $30K (CRA threshold)
- Transport Canada RPAS certification for any drone work
- IP of photos taken on a Bricks job is assigned to Bricks; licensed back to the agent for listing use
- T4A issued by Feb 28 each year for contractor earnings ≥ $500
You drove out.
You get paid.
Agent/client no-shows happen. When they do, Bricks covers your trip. You get a $60 travel fee added to your next payout cycle — funded from the platform's cancellation revenue.
Report via Dispatch
Tap “Agent not present” in the Dispatch app between 15 minutes before and 90 minutes after the shoot window opens.
Ops validates
Your claim is verified. First claim in a 30-day window clears automatically; repeat claims go to a short ops review before release.
Booking applies penalty
The agent's booking fee is fully retained via the cancellation policy — they agreed to it at checkout. Service was dispatched; no refund is issued.
$60 trip fee added
$60 is added on top of your normal payout in the next weekly cycle. Shown as a line item in the Dispatch earnings summary.
What a busy
week looks like.
Tier A photographer, GTA core. Seven jobs in five days. Weekly Stripe Connect deposit — every Friday, no minimums, no deductions.
You shoot.
We handle the rest.

We handle
The business. The pipeline. The money.

Capture on site
Follow the per-package brief. Capture the 3D scan for the splat. Mark “shoot complete” on the Dispatch app.
Push raw to Bricks
Resumable upload on flaky service. Files queued for AI + human edit pipeline. Status visible to brokerage.
We finish + deliver
Hybrid pipeline produces final assets. Branded property page goes live. Client & brokerage notified.
Stripe deposit
Weekly Friday payout. Tier % of gross, automatic. T4A issued annually. Transaction visible in Dispatch.
Recruiting across GTA, Hamilton, Durham, York, and Niagara. Spots are limited.
Submit a 3-image portfolio sample (one ground HDR, one drone, one twilight or interior), your service area, and your gear list. Response within 48 hours. Stripe Connect onboarding takes ~10 minutes.

How do I get my first booking?+
Once your Tier C onboarding is complete (portfolio approved, Stripe Connect verified, insurance on file), auto-dispatch starts routing Standard bookings in your area. You'll accept or decline each within 4 hours.
Can I pick which jobs to take?+
Yes — you can decline individual auto-routed jobs without penalty for blackout days, illness, or weather. Excessive declines (>40% over 30 days) trigger an ops review.
What gear do I need?+
Full-frame body + wide lens (≤24mm). DJI drone with operator certification (RPAS for Transport Canada). Tripod, off-camera flash, and a 3D-scan-capable device for the Gaussian splat capture. Twilight kit if you want Luxury routing.
What if I run my own brokerage relationships?+
Keep them. Bricks doesn't claim exclusivity. Many of our photographers maintain direct clients while taking Bricks routing for fill — auto-dispatch only fires when you're available in the Dispatch app.
How does tier promotion work?+
Each delivered job gets a quality score from the client + a human QA score from our editing team. Average both, weight by recency. Cross 25 jobs + 4.6 → Tier B review. Cross 75 + 4.8 → Tier A review. Reviews are automatic and weekly.
What happens if I miss a shoot?+
Same-day no-show triggers a 60-second auto-reroute to the next available photographer. The credit is refunded to the client. You're flagged and ops reviews — repeat no-shows demote tier and eventually pause routing.
Real work.
Real money.
Bricks is the highest-volume listing-media operator in the GTA, and the only one routing by AI complexity match. Spots are limited — we onboard in cohorts to maintain quality. Apply once. Shoot for years.
