Real-estate software,
built brick by brick.
We're a software company. The medium happens to be listing media. The building happens to be a brokerage. The product is a system that makes both feel handled.
Real estate runs on tools that were never built for it. Spreadsheets pretending to be a CRM. Group chats pretending to be a workflow. PDFs pretending to be a contract.
Agents juggle three apps to get one photo on MLS. Brokerages reconcile receipts six weeks after the deal closes. Photographers chase invoices instead of shooting. Nobody is building anything; everyone is bookkeeping.
Bricks is what gets built when you stop tolerating that.
One subscription. One credit pool. One platform, three apps — each built for one role, none asking the others to fill in the gaps. Software the brokerage actually wants to log into. Software the photographer actually wants on their phone.
What we believe.
Four things we hold to. They shape every product decision, every line of copy, every screen.
Software is the contract.
The brokerage signs one subscription. Inside it sits a credit pool, an agent roster, a photographer network, a media library, MLS submission packages, billing, and reporting. No add-ons. No per-seat-per-month math three layers deep. No quote-by-listing.
The pricing is a number you can budget against — once a year, or once a month if you prefer. That's the contract. Everything we ship has to make that number make sense.
We are software
that looks like
a service.
Most listing-media companies are services that pretend to be software — a booking form bolted onto a freelancer network. Bricks is the opposite: a software platform that also runs the operations.
It matters because the moment a customer can see the system — the credit pool, the dispatch routing, the QA queue, the delivery ETA — they stop calling and start trusting. Operations work that's invisible to the customer is wasted on them.
Editorial restraint, not
dashboard noise.
Every Bricks surface leads with the metric and labels it underneath. 71% allocation used, not almost there!. 3,200 sqft · vacant · twilight req, not a beautiful listing awaits. We treat numbers like an editorial decision, not a graph.
Style follows. Warm paper, ink, one terracotta accent. JetBrains Mono on every number. Hairline borders. Zero drop shadows. The product reads like a trade journal, not a startup mood board.
Toronto-first,
then Canada.
Bricks is built in Toronto for the way Greater Toronto actually transacts. MLS via Repliers, with native support for TRREB/PropTx, Pillar 9 (Alberta), and CREA DDF national feed. Data residency in Canada. CAD billing. PIPEDA aligned.
We expand only into markets where the platform truly fits — Hamilton, Durham, York, Niagara live now; Vancouver, Montreal, Ottawa through 2026; the rest of Canada as our photographer network supports it. No one-size-fits-all national push.
By the numbers.
Real numbers from the platform as of Q2 2026.
