Bricks provides real estate visual marketing services, including but not limited to photography, cinematography, drone operations, and 3D virtual tours. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our services without notice.

All visual content produced by Bricks remains the intellectual property of Bricks Media Inc. unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered media for marketing the specific property for which the services were commissioned.

In no event shall Bricks or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Bricks's website.
